Account Deletion Request
At FitnMuscles, we value your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from the FitnMuscles app and website, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
To ensure the security of your account, we require deletion requests to be sent from the exact email address associated with your FitnMuscles account.
Email us from your account address
Send an email to support@fitnmuscles.ae from the exact email address associated with your FitnMuscles account.
Use the subject "Account Deletion Request"
This helps our support team route your request quickly.
Confirm in the message body
Confirm that you would like your account and associated data permanently deleted.
Our team will process your request and securely erase your data within 14 days. We will send a final confirmation email to you once the process is completely finished.
Data deleted
Upon processing your request, your user profile, login credentials, saved personal details (name, email, shipping address), and any saved payment methods will be permanently erased from our active database.
Data retained
For legal, tax, and accounting compliance, we are required to retain historical transaction records (past order receipts). These records will be completely anonymized and permanently unlinked from your personal user account.
