When returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted, and how to request one.

1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery or becomes faulty during the manufacturer's warranty period, the item may need to be returned for evaluation.
- After assessment, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Repairs and replacements are processed through the manufacturer's authorized service agents.
- If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Defective Products
We accept returns and exchanges for items within 1 day from the date of delivery or purchase (whichever is later) under the following conditions:
- The item must be new and in resalable condition.
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be fully intact.
- The original purchase receipt must be provided.
If these conditions are not met, FitnMuscles reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

We accept returns via:
- In-store drop-off (Al Ain)
- Authorized drop-off locations
- Return by mail (A free return shipping label is provided for eligible returns)
4. Fees and Processing Time
- Restocking Fees: None. There are no restocking fees for returns that meet our conditions.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item has been inspected.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise required by UAE law.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Laws. Your statutory rights under UAE law are fully respected and are not restricted by this policy.
