We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we partner with leading logistics providers including Aramex and Emirates Post, along with our dedicated local delivery team.

Delivery Time

  • Al Ain Deliveries: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Other Emirates (UAE-wide): Standard delivery time is 1–2 business days.

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • FREE Delivery: Available for all UAE orders above AED 100.
  • Orders Below AED 100: The following flat-rate delivery fees apply based on your Emirate:
    • AED 20: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
    • AED 30: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

If you choose to pay using the Cash on Delivery method at checkout, a fixed AED 15 extra charge will be added to your total order.

There are no hidden fees. All shipping and payment charges are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact the customer to arrange a new delivery time.

Missing or Damaged Items

We inspect every package before it leaves our store. However, if you receive your order and find any items missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will prioritize resolving the issue for you.

Track Your Order

Customers can easily track their order status from the My Account dashboard after signing in.
